What an amazing experience our team at our company Holiday/Christmas party. From the start, the event coordinator, Kristan was simply phenomenal in making sure everything requested, was done and within budget. She worked with me on all activities, budget, and even hiring the band. Literally, I could have just shown up and welcomed my guest. Most of everything was already done. The venue has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff always go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. How many guests can Imagen Venues host for a holiday party?
From 50 guests to 5,900. Escapade Event Center holds up to 5,900 across 50,000 square feet, Stampede Event Center holds up to 4,000 across 35,000 square feet, and the two venues can combine for larger company celebrations.
When should we book a company holiday party venue in Houston?
As early as possible. December dates, especially Thursdays through Saturdays, are the first to go each season, and both venues host a limited number of events. Booking a tour now is the fastest way to lock a date.
Is catering and bar service included?
Catering and bar service are provided in-house, with custom menus and full-service, staffed bars in both venues. One team handles food, beverage, setup, and service, so you are not juggling outside vendors in the busiest season.
What entertainment can Imagen Venues provide?
In-house options include casino nights with Texas Hold’em, karaoke with a host, a mechanical bull, armadillo races, line dancing classes, photo booths, and live music, plus concert-grade sound, lighting, and LED screens for awards or a year-in-review.
